3. Products and Educational Services

Leadership Made Simple™ provides leadership education, digital programs, tools, scripts, frameworks, resources and related educational services.

Product descriptions, included materials, pricing and access details are those displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

4. 30-Day Job Security Sprint™

The 30-Day Job Security Sprint™ is an educational leadership-development program.

The use of the phrase "Job Security" does not constitute a promise or guarantee of continued employment, promotion, increased compensation or any other employment outcome.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time.

By submitting a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Digital Access and Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered electronically. Access instructions may be provided on-screen, by email or through a third-party learning or delivery platform.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the technology needed to use the product.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable unless a refund policy, satisfaction guarantee or other refund right is expressly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

8. Personal-Use License

When you purchase a Leadership Made Simple™ digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own individual educational purposes.

You may not share login credentials, distribute copies to coworkers or other individuals, upload materials to a shared drive, reproduce materials for organizational training or use the materials commercially without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Leadership Made Simple™, the 30-Day Job Security Sprint™, course materials, frameworks, worksheets, scripts, graphics, text, videos, downloads and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license described above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, resell, modify for resale, commercially exploit or create competing training materials from our protected content without written authorization.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.

11. User Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the concepts, scripts, frameworks and actions provided.

You are also responsible for complying with your employer's policies, applicable laws, confidentiality requirements and other obligations that apply to your workplace.

12. No Employment or Professional Relationship

Purchasing or using a Leadership Made Simple™ product does not create an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, attorney-client, therapist-client or other licensed professional relationship with Leadersteps LLC or Steve Brutosky.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

We may use third-party platforms to host content, process payments, deliver email, provide website functionality or otherwise support our services.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, actions or policies of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

14. Website Availability

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue portions of the website or our offerings when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to websites or third-party technology.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a particular paid product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
